Fred Taylor, General Manager
Fred is originally from northern California, and lived in Colorado for twelve years before settling here in Florida in 2006. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver. For the past 17 years, Fred has managed large communities and resorts with a high level of success. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with the family, pets, and cycling. Fred is thankful to be part of the Zeman family and excited to be part of this team and brand new resort!
Joann Wright, Sales Manager
Joann has been a dedicated advocate for resort-style tiny home living and affordable homeownership since 2007, when her own home design led her into the industry. Since then, she has helped hundreds of clients find a quality, worry-free lifestyle. Having embraced this way of living herself, Joann brings a deep understanding of its benefits—from simplicity and affordability to strong community connection. Known for her integrity and thoughtful approach, she has earned the trust of clients starting a new chapter. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time with her husband, Bill, and their Goldendoodle, Kody.
Alexia Levens, Director of Operations
Alexia Levens joined Solana Cottage Resort in 2026 and brings more than 26 years of experience creating exceptional residential communities. With a thoughtful, hands-on leadership style, Alexia focuses on building strong relationships, guiding meaningful improvements, and ensuring Solana continues to grow in a way that benefits both the community and its residents. Her background in overseeing major projects, managing operations, and collaborating with partners allows her to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day care, helping make Solana a place people are proud to call home.
